  4. Parenteral administration of the drug should be used only in cases where ingestion is impossible or the absorption from the gastrointestinal tract is impaired.
  5. Special care must be taken when introducing more than 2 ml of solution (there is a risk of a sharp decrease in blood pressure).
  6. With long-term (more than a week) treatment, control of the pattern of peripheral blood and the functional state of the liver is necessary.
  7. If you suspect agranulocytosis or in the presence of thrombocytopenia, you must stop taking the drug.
  8. The use of the drug for the relief of acute abdominal pain is unacceptable until the elucidation of the cause of the disease.
  9. For i / m injection, you must use a long needle.

  5. Drugs with myelotoxic effect: increased hematotoxic effect of the drug.
  6. Codeine, histamine H2 receptor blockers, propranolol - enhancing the effect of the drug due to slowing down the inactivation of metamizole sodium.
  7. Histamine H1 receptor blockers, butyrophenones, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, amantadine, and quinidine — may increase m-anticholinergic blocking action.
  8. Chlorpromazine or other derivatives of phenothiazine - possible development of severe hyperthermia.
  9. Non-narcotic analgesics, tricyclic antidepressants, oral hormonal contraceptives and allopurinol increase the drug's toxicity.
  10. Phenylbutazone, barbiturates and other inductors of microsomal enzymes reduce the effectiveness of metamizole sodium.
  11. Sedatives and anxiolytics (tranquilizers) - enhancing the analgesic action of metamizole sodium.
  12. Radiocontrast drugs, colloidal blood substitutes and penicillin - combination with drugs containing metamizole sodium should not be used.

Reviews

We offer you to read the reviews of people who used the drug Spazgan:

  1. Anna. Spazgan at monthly I take one pill. Immediately stop severe pain in the lower abdomen, nausea. The price of the drug is affordable, with adverse events has never faced. However, I will immediately clarify that such an antispasmodic with time can cause the effect of addiction, and then you have to look for a new way to get rid of pain.
  2. Olga Perfectly helps with menstrual pain, but if you have time to take a pill, until the pain began in full force. If I didn’t have time, only something killer like “Ketanova” will help me. In order not to use “Ketans” and other such too serious preparations, I just drink my savior, Spazgan, in time.
  3. Irina. This medicine did not help me from a strong toothache, although the dentist did a shot in the gum. The analgesic effect is weak and almost imperceptible. So I had to look for a replacement - Spazmalgon helped, although the composition was almost identical. So in this case, each of his painkiller is suitable - you can not guess.
